like always… there are always things to complain for me… i know i know… they are all inside my head.
sebenernya aku sadar sesadar2nya koq… klo the problem with working is all inside my head… tentang kenapa resign dari Bintang dulu… i’ve been thinking maybe if i dont find to make peace with Bintang, perhaps i will find anywhere with the same problem…
dan ternyata emang kejadian di perusahaan berikutnya… though with completely different reasons…
dan walaupun gak ada duitnya (dan beberapa hal yang kurang menyenangkan lainnya)… sebenernya aku seneng lho kerja bwat I2… it’s fun [kecuali si satu perfectionist itu… :P ] enak aja gitu kerja di ruangannya di centil Caecil… tanpa ada satu hal pun yang mengikat… [secara… meta programnya “freedom” bo’ … :D ]

Good advice, however, MOST OF THE TIME, it wont work that way.
ACT this case is not show how to build confidence however it’s just how to finish job you’ve been delayed for so long. SO what is building confidence mean anyway? Building confidence mean that you are sure about what you are gonna do and you have good mental picture about the result you could consider good for the situation you hope to happen. And it’s FUNNY, Why? Because, All is inside your head only.
So…CONFIDENCE is equal to the READINESS.
There are 2 kinds of READINESS, for me, :
1. Mentally ready
2. Skillfully ready
From there, There is no MAGIC word for building confidence. What you need to do in building confidence just EASY. Fulfill those needs. For mentally ready, find picture in yourself that you are a successfull person. Feel it and gain 100% greatness picture in you.
Then , you prepare things what skills you need to be in that picture.
NLP have the tools that instantly gain the first readiness. Still, for the second one, you have to get it in practices. But Dont worry, NLP have tools to make you ready earlier than the rest.

** lagi sedih ma kerjaan semalem, udah 75% eh hilang-lenyap-menguap… gara2 error pas saving…. hhhuuuuuuaaaaaaa hiks hiks… padahal udah semangat gitu ngerjainnya… i thought when last night went well then there shouldnt any problem to do the rest, tapi ternyata oh ternyata… :(
